About Sanguine Tech Group
Sanguine Tech Group (STG Corp) is a Boston based IT consulting company delivering end to end technology services across strategy, digital transformation, cloud, data, automation, and managed IT.
Formed through the merger of Sanguine Informatics and Syncode IT Consulting, the company combines deep Higher Education expertise with enterprise scale delivery. Our technology footprint covers AWS, Azure, Alibaba Cloud, Google Cloud, Banner ERP, Oracle, Salesforce, Workday, and Microsoft D365. We proudly serve institutions such as Curry College, Wentworth Institute of Technology, and a growing portfolio of colleges, universities, and enterprise clients across North America.
We are proud of what sets us apart: 24x7x365 business operations, 40 to 60 percent cost reduction for our clients, and a 100 percent client retention record.
What You Will Do
- Own end to end delivery on Salesforce engagements, balancing declarative configuration and custom code to solve each requirement with the simplest maintainable solution.
- Administer multiple Salesforce orgs across Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Experience Cloud, and Education Cloud, including objects, fields, page layouts, record types, validation rules, flows, approval processes, and permission sets.
- Design, develop, test, and deploy custom solutions using Apex, Lightning Web Components (LWC), Aura, Visualforce, and SOQL where configuration is not enough.
- Build integrations between Salesforce and third party systems such as Banner, Workday, Ellucian, ERPs, payment gateways, and marketing platforms using REST and SOAP APIs, Platform Events, and middleware.
- Build and maintain reports, dashboards, and list views that give admissions, advancement, student success, sales, and service leaders real time visibility into their funnels.
- Manage user provisioning, role hierarchies, profiles, permission sets, sharing rules, and data access controls in line with FERPA and institutional or enterprise security policies.
- Own data quality through deduplication, bulk loads with Data Loader, imports, backups, and ongoing data hygiene routines.
- Write clean, maintainable, and well tested code with a minimum of 85 percent Apex test coverage and adherence to Salesforce best practices and governor limits.
- Manage release workflows using sandboxes, change sets, Salesforce DX, and CI CD tools such as Gearset or Copado with Git based version control.
- Triage and resolve support tickets within defined SLAs, troubleshoot production issues, analyze debug logs, and document root cause for recurring issues.
- Train end users, create knowledge articles and quick reference guides, and contribute to client steering meetings with adoption metrics and backlog updates.
- Coach junior team members and contribute reusable components and templates to the practice.
