The faculty course confirmation process previously lacked a standardized method for sharing detailed course-related information. Administrators had to manually follow up with faculty to provide necessary documents, leading to delays, miscommunication, and inefficiencies. A seamless way to attach and deliver relevant information with confirmation emails was required to streamline operations.
Solutions
The Course Confirmation Attachment Enhancement was developed to automate and improve the process of sharing course details with faculty. By introducing custom-coded functionality and Salesforce Flow, the enhancement allowed for attachment of detailed faculty info sheets directly within Salesforce.
